Terms of Use
Last updated 10 August 2026. These terms cover your use of GraphCalc and its calculators. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using GraphCalc
GraphCalc is a set of free online calculators and guides for graphing and mathematics. You may use them for personal, educational, and professional work at no cost. No account is required, and nothing on the site is placed behind a paywall.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law. The calculators are provided for honest use, and abuse that harms the service or other visitors is not permitted.
Accuracy and verification of results
We work hard to make the calculators correct, and the graphing engine has been checked against real mathematics. Even so, software can contain errors, and numerical methods have limits. You are responsible for checking any result that matters. Do not rely on GraphCalc as the sole basis for an academic submission, a financial decision, an engineering calculation, or any other consequential use without independently verifying it. See our Disclaimer for more.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, guides, illustrations, and code are the property of GraphCalc or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use the calculators and read the guides for your own purposes, and you may link to any page. You may not copy substantial portions of the written content or republish it as your own without permission. The mathematical facts and formulas themselves are not owned by anyone and are free for you to use.
Your content
Graphs and expressions you create with the tools belong to you. Because the calculators run in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any rights over what you make.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external sites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Availability
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraphCalc and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its results. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential losses. Because the service is free and provided as is, you use it at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GraphCalc operates. The specific governing law and venue will be stated here once finalised.
